I have a great ambition of dying exhausted rather than bored

What one or two things do you currently do in your training that are keys to your success?

Pushing my limits beyond my comfort zone in a regular basis. Eating burritos.

If someone wanted to start learning your craft, how do you recommend they get started? Resources?

Resilience. Perseverance. It takes a while to get comfortable but it is worth the struggle, trust me.

Who do you look up to in your profession and why?

Many other athletes. Aniol Serrasolses, Rush Sturges, Dane Jackson from the kayak world and Jason Paul, Sasha Diguilian, Ronnie Renner, to name a few from other disciplines.

Favorite music / podcasts / shows / games / books?

Tipping Point, Drive, Contagious.

What events do you attend (concerts, sporting events, festivals, charity and volunteer work, etc.)?

Concerts i love, music festivals are the bomb. Sporting events all the time!
